Im writing to tell you how much we appreciate you and Howlin Good Times for the wonderful care youve provided for our babies, Breeze and Tuk. Our human children are all grown and scattered with the four winds, so we refer to our beloved Newfoundland dogs as our kids. They are family, and their care, comfort and satisfaction with life is of the utmost importance to us. Until we found you, we never did and never would have left them at a boarding facility. We managed our life and any trips that we needed to take so that they could go with us, and if they couldnt, we just didnt go. In the last year, though, weve needed to travel home to be with family under conditions that would not be good for Breeze and Tuk, so I went around asking professionals for recommendations on a boarding facility where the kids would not be in cages or caged runs all day. Right away, Howlin Good Times was recommended. The person who referred us said, Its a bit of a drive, but its worth it. Youll love it, and so will your dogs. The rest is history. The first time I visited Howlin Good Times, I was sold. What a naturally beautiful location you have for unleashing the puppy in every dog, giving them ample room to run and play and smell and dig and swim and explore, exactly the kind of life we give our kids at home. I found you to be so at ease with all of the dogs, not impatient at all like many canine care givers. Youre careful and watchful to ensure that new arrivals and current boarders are given a safe opportunity to acclimate to one another before they are mixed together in the same enclosure. And one of our top priorities ... the cleanliness of the indoor kennel area where our kids sleep and eat. Im thrilled that every time I bring our kids to you the indoor kennel area is nice and clean with no urine smell. Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home for our kids when we absolutely cannot take them with us. This is the only way I know how to show our gratitude, along with continuing to trust you with Breeze and Tuk whenever we need a place for them to stay. When we leave them with you, I have peace of mind, even though my heart is hurting to leave them behind. Bless you for your kindness and uniqueness and thoroughness and reliability. You never complain about the extra care required in ensuring our kids receive their special medications along with their feedings. We LOVE Howlin Good Times and recommend you to every dog lover we meet. Ive let our vet know about you, too, so the staff can recommend you to their other clients who are looking for that special place where they know their dogs will experience the best life has to offer when they cant be together with their families.
